GrassRun Band - Thursday August 17th
11 am in the Entertainment Tent

From La Crosse, WI and Calmar, IA, these friends bring various musical experiences, mutual respect, and a creative admiration for one-another on stage, and off. While performing they easily share vocals and rotate among traditional acoustic instruments, including: a couple of guitars, a resophonic guitar or “dobro”, a fiddle, a banjo, a doghouse bass, 3 mandolins, an autoharp, and a mountain dulcmier.  The band strongly agrees the most compelling factor to their music comes from the original Bluegrass masters.  These virtues have influenced the more modern day style of music.

Six to Midnight     - Friday August 18th 9 pm in the Entertainment Tent

Six to Midnight was started originally as a side project that quickly became much more. The guys all agreed how much they loved entertaining people and wanted to start a new project that helped them reach new and exciting opportunities. The guys in Six to Midnight have been playing music together for over 6 years. The band consists of Mark Willinger (Lead vocals/Guitars), Nick Hall (Bass/Vocals), Jordan LaBorg (Guitars ), Mike Muscanto (Drums/ Vocals). No gimmicks, no costumes, just a bunch of music loving guys in jeans; though, they do enjoy an awesome light show and special effects. Our friends tell us they’ve never seen the clubs we party at more packed, we seem to pick up a lot of friends along the way.

Red Dirt Road - Saturday August 19th  9 pm in the Entertainment Tent

Red Dirt Road was formed in June of 2013 and started as a four-piece band with the only original member remaining, Cory James, was on drums. Red Dirt Road started off playing classic country and Texas country at small town bars and has morphed into a six-piece powerhouse, fronted by the husband/wife duo of Cory and Kristen, that is exploding onto the scene. Cory (Lead Vocals/Rhythm Guitar/Saxophone) was instrumental in the formation of the band in 2013 enjoys classic country to new pop country. Kristen (Lead Vocals/tambourine/comedian) is from Janesville, MN and has been singing her entire life. She loves to sing Carrie Underwood, Sara Evans, Miranda Lambert, and anything else that will get your booty shaking on the dance floor. Brian (Guitar/Vocals) has been performing for over 20 years and has shared the stage with Alan Jackson, Neil McCoy and many others. Brian majors in guitar but also brings fiddle, piano, and Vocals to the stage as well as running sound and lighting. Brent (Drums) joined in July of 2014. He has been playing drums most of his life, but made the transition to the drum kit about fifteen years ago. Thomas (Bass/Vocals/Kazoo) joined on a cold winter’s night as we drove to Shooting Star Casino in Mahnomen, MN. He was standing on the side of the road with a sign that read “Bass Player Available”. They picked him up and the rest is history. Anthony (Guitar/Vocals) Anthony brings his uncanny energy and stage presence as well as lending his solid rhythms and vocal styling. Red Dirt Road is one of Upper Midwest’s premier rocking country band. They put a little bit of a spin on the standards you know and love and rock up the new top 40 country. Not your typical cover band. You won’t quite know what hit you, but you will know that you liked it.
